The name Praxyma comes from the Ancient Greek word "praxis" — the continuous cycle of translating theory into practice through reflective action. This idea sits at the core of how we work.

Hayk Petrosyan is a management consultant with more than a decade of commercial leadership experience across software development, management consulting, international development, healthcare, media, and communications.
His work covers financial modeling and feasibility studies for new ventures, international business development, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. He has led high-stakes negotiations and secured private-sector deals across the UK, Singapore, Indonesia, and Denmark.
This experience is complemented by engagements in development aid projects funded by organizations including ADB, EU, IFAD, UNDP, and the Gates Foundation across Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine, and Cambodia.
Hayk holds a Master's in Management from Cranfield University and is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and the Association for Key Account Management (AKAM).
